HA11 : A quiet and private studio, on a side dirt road, not on the main hwy. It borders a beautiful meadow that cows & horses are in. You can walk to the beach in about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. It is a downstairs studio, and the upstairs part of the house is not rented out. It is for the owners when they come to stay, which is not often. So there is a good chance you will have the propery to yourselves. It has a queen bed, futon sleeper couch, full kitchen, large laundry room, BBQ, phone, cable TV/VCR and DVD player, and a great view of the meadow and the mountains. Sleeps 3. $

HA12 : This 1,700 square ft. beach front house has unobstructed ocean views, with excellant swimming and snorkeling right in the front yard, and is a close walk to tunnels beach. There are 2 master suites with bathrooms, king beds, and individual A/C units. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops has full ocean view and there are covered and open decks also with ocean views. There are 3 full size state of the art TVs, 6 phones, high speed internet access (cable modem), audio system with speakers all over the house, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout the house. There are large windows that bring the views inside, vaulted ceilings, hard wood floors with Chinese antiques and rugs. This house is on a side dirt road and has plenty of privacy. Sleeps 4. $$$
